Weight Gain

It sounds a little funny writing that especially for all the advertisements these days about losing weight. I naturally have a skinny body type and it takes a lot for me to gain weight. I've even used weight mass suppliments with little success and the most I've ever weighed is about 165.

I'm hoping to gain 10-15 lbs in the next 3 to 4 months, but constantly pounding down food doesn't seem to really be doing a whole lot. And like said, suppliments do little or nothing to help me achieve this goal. I've continuously looked around for products or helpful advice but simply put when I lift heavier I might gain a very small amount but my body tones out pretty nicely.

So as for now I've been looking for a system that will help me put on mass, or that will help me get really cut as to make up for the lack of overall body mass.
