100 Push-Ups

I've decided to set a goal for myself that I'd work on push ups until I can 100. It's been a goal for a while now but I found myself cutting off usually around 80 or so and I really could never figure out why I could never breach that.

So I looked through a bunch of fitness magazines and web sites trying to figure out the best way to do this and most will tell you to do several sets and go to the gym and do bench press and all of that but simply put, those didn't work for me.

So instead what I decided to was to start out at a relatively low number for me (25) and Mon-Sat do push ups. Every day I add a few more to that single max set and I've found the results to be pretty good. I've gone from 25 to 65 every day, and I can do almost 90 push ups now in about 2 minutes without having to getting out of the push up position which I'm happy about.
